Job summary

UPMC is seeking a Professional Staff Nurse for the RN Night Program. The role includes nursing leadership, patient education, and collaboration with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Night shifts offer a $4.00 per hour differential for each shift, promoting engagement and coverage during overnight care. The professional staff nurse will apply nursing process, oversee patient care, mentor staff, and participate in quality improvement to enhance patient outcomes across the continuum
