Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years related experience with retirement plans.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Access database software.
• Solid understanding of Fidelity systems (FPRS, FocusPoint, Plan Sponsor Webstation, XTRAC).
• Experience with Non-Qualified plans preferred.
