Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ year of retirement plan experience.
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook and Access.
• Fidelity systems knowledge (FPRS, FocusPoint, Plan Sponsor Webstation, XTRAC).
• Experience with Non-Qualified plans is a plus.
• Strong teamwork, communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Understand regulatory requirements and plan rules for Non-Qualified Plans.
• Process customer requests accurately and in a timely manner.
• Resolve issues and balance multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal partners and clients to drive process efficiencies.
• Perform end-of-day reviews and document processing activity for compliance.
