Job summary

Ascensus, via Newport, seeks a NQ Plan Analyst to lead end-to-end administration of assigned non-qualified plans. You will coordinate with plan sponsors, participants, and internal teams to ensure plan integrity, risk mitigation, and accurate financial transactions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in retirement services, and strong MS Office skills. A remote, high-availability setup is expected for virtual work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or industry experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in retirement services or related role.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage client non-qualified benefit plan accounts, fund investments and distributions.
• Provide operational knowledge and support to clients and internal teams.
• Evaluate and resolve business and operational issues with independent or collaborative decision-making.
• Coordinate with RM/CSM teams for day-to-day service of clients and accurate reporting.
• Serve as Product Owner for Payroll and Census tools and oversee updates and troubleshooting.
