Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience working with retirement plans and interacting with Plan Sponsors.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with Nonqualified Plans preferred.

• Interact with plan sponsors and internal partners to provide operational expertise.
• Manage annual enrollment events and ensure successful execution.
• Deliver positive outcomes and improve sponsor and participant experience.
• Support the WI DC Client Services organization in delivering high-quality recordkeeping and service.
