Job summary

Rheem Manufacturing Company seeks a Project Manager III to oversee the full lifecycle of New Product Introduction projects, from planning to delivery. You will manage planning, resourcing, staffing, and progress reporting, using Stage Gate processes to track milestones, budget and performance.

This role supports Rheem North America and can be located in Fort Smith, AR; Indianapolis, IN; Oxnard, CA; or Atlanta (Roswell), GA, with a hybrid schedule (in-office Mon–Thu, remote Fri).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience within manufacturing.
• Microsoft Project and/or Smartsheet experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional project execution.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure projects align with design and specs.
• Elevate issues for resolution.
• Track status and reporting for NPI reviews.
• Other duties as assigned.
