Job summary

Rheem North America is seeking a Project Manager III to lead the full life cycle of New Product Introduction projects, including planning, scope definition, design, execution and delivery, while ensuring milestones and budgets are met.

This hybrid role supports multiple sites, notably Fort Smith AR, Indianapolis IN, Oxnard CA, and Atlanta (Roswell) GA, with in-office Monday-Thursday and remote Fridays. The position oversees resourcing, staffing, and progress reporting for NPI projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of the project life cycle from inception to delivery.
• Define scope, design, and execute projects; track milestones and budgets.
• Manage resourcing, staffing, and progress reporting for NPI projects.
• Utilize Stage Gate Process and PM tools to monitor performance indicators.
