Gates Corporation seeks a seasoned NPI Program Manager to lead new product introductions from concept through launch and post-launch support. The role partners with Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of multiple concurrent product programs.

You will establish integrated plans, track KPIs, and present status to senior leadership, driving solution-focused decisions and proactive mitigations in a fast-paced, high-throughput

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/engineering preferred.
• 5–7+ years of professional experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent hardware/engineered product projects.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end NPI process from concept to post-launch.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Quality, and Commercial.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk across projects.
• Plan integrated project plans with timelines, budgets, milestones and deliverables.
• Communicate program status to senior leadership with data-driven options.
• Identify and mitigate technical, schedule, cost, and supply risks.
