Biamp Systems LLC is seeking a Senior Operations Program Manager to lead NPI programs from concept to launch. You will drive manufacturing readiness, design for manufacturability, and cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Product Management, Quality, and Supply Chain.

In this role, you will manage risks, coordinate supplier engagements, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with scalable operations. A background in electronics manufacturing and Lean/Six Sigma is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Operations, Engineering and/or Program Management.
• Experience in developing, producing, or supporting electronic/electromechanical products.
• Ability to influence and drive change without direct authority.
• Knowledge of ERP, Lean Six Sigma, and DFM principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Operations tasks across NPI programs from inception to launch.
• Define Operations objectives, delegate work, and mentor team members.
• Coordinate activities across all Operations functions and manage budgets and milestones.
• Represent Operations in cross-functional program meetings; communicate DFM and testability requirements to design teams.
• Build relationships with suppliers and external development partners; manage risk and reporting.

In this high-impact role, you will serve as the primary Operations representative and project leader for New Product Development and Introduction (NPD/NPI) programs, acting as the voice of Operations across cross-functional program teams.You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Sales, and Operations stakeholders to ensure new products are developed, launched, and transitioned into manufacturing with long-term, sustainable success.
