Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Senior New Product Introduction Materials Program Manager to drive materials planning, manufacturing coordination, and supply execution for OCI’s global cloud infrastructure deployments from its Austin, TX operations.

This role collaborates across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, and Data Center Operations to ensure material readiness and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in materials management, supply chain operations, manufacturing planning, or related functions.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and global manufacturing operations.
• Strong background in inventory management, production scheduling, materials planning, and supply chain execution.
• Experience supporting hardware manufacturing, cloud infrastructure, networking, server, or high-tech operations environments preferred.
• Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) or manufacturing ramp activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Demand Planning and Supply Planning to align material availability with forecasts.
• Analyze forecast demand, supply risks, and material constraints to support execution.
• Partner with contract manufacturers to manage material readiness, lead times, and production schedules.
• Ensure timely delivery of rack and infrastructure products for OCI deployments.
• Validate CTB assessments to confirm material availability for planned production.
• Identify shortages and drive escalation and resolution activities.
• Support inventory planning strategies balancing continuity, optimization, and efficiency.
• Lead materials program teams and mentor junior staff across functions.
