Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) seeks a Senior New Product Introduction Materials Program Manager to drive materials planning, manufacturing coordination, and supply execution across global data center deployments. You will ensure material availability, readiness, and inventory optimization while aligning with Demand and Supply planning, engineering, and deployment teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration with contract manufacturers and suppliers to enable rapid, scalable infrastructure

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in materials management, supply chain operations, manufacturing planning, or related functions.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and global manufacturing operations.
• Strong background in inventory management, production scheduling, materials planning, and supply chain execution.
• Experience supporting hardware manufacturing, cloud infrastructure, networking, or high-tech operations environments preferred.
• Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) or manufacturing ramp activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead materials planning and execution to align with forecast requirements and supply constraints.
• Manage relationships with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and production partners.
• Coordinate capacity, lead times, and material readiness to support deployment schedules.
• Identify supply risks and drive mitigation, escalation, and inventory buffering actions.
• Drive continuous improvement of material flow, KPI tracking, and operational scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production readiness for NPI activities.
