Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Senior New Product Introduction Materials Program Manager to drive materials planning, manufacturing coordination, and supply execution for OCI’s global cloud infrastructure deployment.

The role ensures material availability, manufacturing readiness, inventory optimization, and alignment across contract manufacturers, suppliers, and internal cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in materials management, supply chain operations, or related functions.
• Experience with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and global manufacturing operations.
• Strong background in inventory management, production scheduling, materials planning, and supply chain execution.
• Experience supporting hardware manufacturing, cloud infrastructure, or high-tech operations environments preferred.
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) or manufacturing ramp activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Demand Planning and Supply Planning to align material availability with forecasts.
• Analyze forecast demand, supply risks, and material constraints to support execution and continuity of supply.
• Partner with contract manufacturers to manage material readiness, lead times, and production schedules.
• Ensure timely delivery of rack and infrastructure products to support OCI deployment requirements.
• Validate CTB assessments to confirm material availability for planned production.
• Identify material shortages and drive escalation and resolution activities.
• Support inventory planning strategies balancing supply continuity and optimization.
• Help manage excess and obsolete inventory mitigation activities.
