Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Senior New Product Introduction Materials Program Manager to drive materials planning, manufacturing coordination, and supply execution supporting OCI’s global cloud infrastructure and data center deployment operations.

The role ensures material availability, manufacturing readiness, inventory optimization, and operational alignment across contract manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in materials management, manufacturing planning, and supply chain execution.
• Experience with hardware manufacturing or cloud infrastructure environments.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers and global suppliers.
• Knowledge of ERP or MRP systems and KPI reporting.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Demand Planning and Supply Planning to align material availability with forecast requirements.
• Analyze forecast demand, supply risks, and material constraints to support execution.
• Partner with contract manufacturers to manage material readiness, lead times, and production schedules.
• Ensure timely delivery of rack and infrastructure products to support deployment requirements.
• Validate CTB assessments to confirm material availability for planned production.
• Identify shortages and drive escalation and resolution with suppliers and CM partners.
• Support inventory planning strategies balancing continuity, optimization, and efficiency.
• Lead KPI reviews and performance management with manufacturing partners.
