Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline and relevant manufacturing experience.
• Experience leading technical programs through CMS/change management and cross-site coordination.
• Strong presentation skills for senior management and finance/CapEx tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead transfer of new process/programs from pre-production through qualification to full implementation.
• Develop master schedule, downtime and ramp plans, and manage budget for programs.
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams and report to executive leadership.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders across GMO operations, ME sustaining and integration.
• Ensure adherence to safety, process quality, and change-management procedures.
