Sr. NPI Manufacturing Engineer

As a New Product Introduction (NPI) Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a critical role in advancing the development and launch of innovative connector Mezzanine Products. Your responsibilities include leading manufacturability assessments, supporting the design and implementation of new processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition from prototype to mass production. You will provide hands-on support within the manufacturing facility, addressing component, documentation, and quality challenges as they arise, and will actively engage with customers to deliver application expertise and drive new business opportunities. This position is integral to a global team, ensuring robust technical solutions and successful product introductions.
