Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Senior Engineer, New Product Introduction to lead the commercialization of Class III implantable THV products. You will drive manufacturing readiness and supplier coordination across global sites, partnering with R&D, Quality, and Operations to ensure scalable processes and on-time product launches.

The role requires a minimum of 4 years in NPI/NPD, manufacturing operations, design transfers, or process validation, with up to 20% travel and an onsite work

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in NPI/NPD, manufacturing operations, design transfers, and/or process/equipment validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercialization of Class III THV products across R&D, Quality, Supplier Development and Operations.
• Coordinate design transfer deliverables to ensure end-to-end readiness across sites.
• Drive line and capacity expansion plans in manufacturing locations with demand planning and commercial alignment.
