10+ years with technical engineering support in medical device manufacturing and commercialization/sustaining products.
Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of large-scale, enterprise-wide programs impacting THV and TMTT portfolios.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory and Engineering to assess risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
Provide direction to project teams and ensure readiness reviews precede major builds.
Track progress against key metrics and prepare executive summaries for leadership.
Drive integration of new processes, technology transfers, and product launches across sites.
