Qualifications

• 8+ years in manufacturing, test, automation, or NPI engineering with a product launched.
• Hands-on experience with electro‑mechanical systems and manufacturing equipment.
• Experience developing and qualifying test methods and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing readiness and technology transfer for new products through launch.
• Define manufacturing requirements, process flows, fixtures, tooling, and test strategy.
• Own PFMEAs and drive manufacturing risk mitigation to closure.
• Define test requirements with R&D, Systems Engineering, and Quality.
• Mentor engineers and technicians on processes and production equipment.
