This is a hands‑on technical leadership role focused on getting new products into manufacturing and making existing lines run better. You will define how products are built and tested - process flows, fixtures, tooling, and automated test systems - and carry that work from concept through qualification and production launch.
We're looking for a strong electro‑mechanical engineer who has lived through NPI: someone who has written a URS, argued with a supplier over FAT results, and debugged a test fixture on the floor the night before a build. You'll partner daily with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and external suppliers, and you'll set the technical direction for the engineers and technicians around you.
