You will define how products are built and tested - process flows, fixtures, tooling, and automated test systems - and carry that work from concept through qualification and production launch.
We're looking for a strong electro-mechanical engineer who has lived through NPI: someone who has written a URS, argued with a supplier over FAT results, and debugged a test fixture on the floor the night before a build.
You’ll partner daily with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and external suppliers, and you’ll set the technical direction for the engineers and technicians around you.

Our portfolio is crucial for clinical decision‑making and treatment pathways.
When you join Siemens Healthineers, you become one in a global team of scientists, clinicians, developers, researchers, professionals, and skilled specialists, who believe in each individual’s potential to contribute with diverse ideas. We are from different backgrounds, cultures, religions, political and/or sexual orientations, and work together, to fight the world’s most threatening diseases and enable access to care, united by one purpose: to pioneer breakthroughs in healthcare.
