Job summary

CIRCOR is seeking a Senior NPD Design Engineer to lead the New Product Development team in the engineering department. You will own the end-to-end evolution of our next-generation products, driving innovation in positive displacement gear and screw pump technologies.

You will coordinate with Business Development, QA and Operations to ensure designs meet performance, quality, and manufacturability targets while translating market requirements into engineering realities.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 7-10 years of design engineering experience on industrial equipment (fluids/rotating machinery preferred).
• 3-7 years in New Product Development creating new industrial products.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end evolution of next-generation product lines.
• Liaise between Business Development, QA and Operations to optimize design for performance, quality and manufacturability.
• Translate market requirements into precision-engineered realities with the Director of Engineering.
