Generation Clinical Partners (GCP) seeks an experienced NP/PA to join our care team in Mecklenburg, NC. The role provides direct patient care, coordinates transitions, and leads quality improvement in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.

We offer physician‑led mentorship, collaboration with other NP/PAs and physicians, flexible scheduling, and a cloud‑based EHR. You will share call from home with your collaborating physician, with a starting salary of $130,000 per year and

Qualifikationen

• Current valid RN and NP/PA licensure in Missouri and/or Illinois.
• National Board Certification and MSN are strongly preferred.
• 2+ years experience in acute‑care, post acute care, or inpatient rehabilitation settings.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills for patients, families, and staff.
• Ability to be flexible to meet the practice schedule and ensure high‑quality care.
• Collaborative practice style and ability to work with others.
• Demonstrated skill in resolving conflicts and promoting positive outcomes for patients.

Aufgaben

• Within scope of practice, manage acute and chronic conditions with high‑quality, cost‑effective treatment plans.
• Provide patient/family education on self‑care, health promotion, and prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians and other colleagues for consultation or referral.
• Provide clinical leadership and education to nursing staff and facility initiatives.
• Document all evaluations, diagnoses, procedures, and referrals in the EHR.
• Incorporate new knowledge from conferences and literature into practice.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and privacy standards.
• Share in taking calls with other GCP providers.
