A professional IT services company is seeking a Senior NOSC Technician/Network Administrator in Kansas to support critical monitoring operations for a DOD contract. The ideal candidate will ensure the security and efficiency of IT services needed for mission success while maintaining high service accountability. Must hold a BS degree with significant relevant experience, an active Security+ certification, and a U.S. citizenship with a DoD TS/SCI clearance. This role involves not only network operations but also close collaboration with various DTRA teams.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and active DoD TS/SCI required.
• Experience in network operations, help desk, or IT support role.
• Must possess an active Security+ certification.

Responsibilities

• Support the Network Operations and Security Center on a 24/7 basis.
• Maintain real-time situational awareness of the DTRA IT Infrastructure.
• Monitor, manage, troubleshoot, and fix network issues promptly.
• Document and communicate degradation of services or outage issues.
