Job summary

PMdigital.ai seeks a Senior NOSC Administrator to lead network operations and remote application support for the MEDXS program. You will ensure deployed medical sites remain connected, responsive, and fully operational around the clock at Shaw AFB, Sumter, SC.

The role requires active Secret clearance, OCONUS readiness, and experience with TMIP-like systems and military EHR deployments, coordinating with AFCENT CIO and engineering teams for patches and releases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of directly relevant experience in network operations or NOSC environments.
• Experience providing network administration and remote application support for TMIP or similar operational systems at deployed sites.
• Direct experience managing military network operations and military EHR systems.
• OCONUS readiness and DoD 8140.03 proficiency (DCWF 441).
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance (T3) and ability to deploy.

PMdigital.ai is looking for a Senior NOSC Administrator to support the Air Force Operational Medicine Information Systems (AFOMIS) Program Office and AFCENT Surgeon General (AFCENT/SG) on the Medical Expeditionary Systems (MEDXS) program. MEDXS provides full life-cycle IM/IT support for the Air Force Medical Service's operational medicine capabilities. That includes the MEDXS Web Portal, the medical Waiver Management System, analytics dashboards, and Theater Medical Information Program–Joint (TMIP-J) applications used by deployed medical forces at garrison and forward locations in the USCENTCOM AOR.

Position Summary

The Senior NOSC Administrator leads network operations and remote application support from the AFCENT NOSC. You'll keep deployed medical sites connected, responsive, and fully operational 24x7x365.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead NOSC network administration and remote application support for all operational medical systems that support deployed forces.
• Keep connectivity, system responsiveness, and application access sustained across theater sites, including during Government-declared crises and contingencies.
• Manage helpdesk ticket intake, triage, and escalation to meet tiered service levels and the 97% monthly availability target.
• Lead efforts to resolve or work around critical outages within 4 hours.
• Coordinate with AFCENT/SG CIO, engineering, and system administration staff on network-related changes, patches, and releases.
• Access secure facilities at Shaw AFB and support engineering for classified operations.
• Provide NOSC input to the Monthly Status Report and to lessons learned.

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of directly relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience providing network administration and remote application support for TMIP or similar operational systems at deployed locations.
• Direct experience managing military network operations and military EHR systems.
• DCWF Work Role 441 (Network Operations Specialist), Intermediate proficiency per DoDM 8140.03.
• OCONUS Readiness Requirements (below).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at an AFCENT, CENTCOM, or other COCOM NOSC.
• Experience with Fortigate or similar network security appliances.

OCONUS Readiness Requirements (Mandatory on Day 1)

• Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance (T3). Clearance verification will be required.
• Valid U.S. passport with at least 18 months of validity remaining.
• Proven experience managing personnel deployments, using the Synchronized Predeployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT), and handling host-nation theater clearance/DOCPER requirements across multiple OCONUS AORs.
