Responsibilities

• Client Service: Understands client operations and manages multiple clients, software and chart of accounts.
• Handles accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts and payroll postings.
• Coordinates and reviews month-end reconciliations and prepares basic to complex financial statements.
• Completes sales tax returns, Form 1099s and audit workpapers for clients.
• Oversees workflow and quality of work of Associates and Analysts.
• Assists with internal audit, due diligence and other consultative projects.
