Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, and payroll postings.
• Coordinate month-end and prepare reconciliations; review general ledger and cashflow.
• Prepare complex financial statements and supporting workpapers.
• Complete sales tax returns and Form 1099s; assist with audit workpapers.
• Oversee workflow and quality of work by Associates and Analysts.
• Support internal audit and due diligence projects.
