Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or a Bachelors 2+ years of accounting experience.
• CPA or CMA certification is a nice to have.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting (nonprofit accounting preferred).
• Familiarity with fixed assets accounting, financial reporting, audits, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including fixed assets and financial reporting.
• Coordinate annual audits and provide information to auditors.
• Lead ad hoc projects and system improvements as needed.
• Maintain cash management, AP/AR, and petty cash processes.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
• Collaborate with finance team on audits and tax matters.
