Job summary

Strive Solutions is seeking an NDT Level III to lead and oversee non-destructive testing for precision titanium aerospace castings. You will develop, qualify, and maintain RT, PT, and UT procedures, interpret complex indications, and support root-cause analyses.

You will certify and train NDT Level I/II personnel, ensure compliance with aerospace and NADCAP requirements, and work with engineering, quality, and production teams to continuously improve safety, quality, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Advanced NDT expertise at Level III with proven capability in RT, PT, UT procedure development and qualification.
• Strong leadership in certification, training, and quality compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, qualify, and maintain NDT procedures for RT, PT, UT.
• Interpret complex NDT indications and support root-cause analysis.
• Certify and qualify NDT Level I/II personnel and provide training.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace, NADCAP, and customer requirements.
• Prepare and control procedure documentation and audit support.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to drive safety, quality, and reliability improvements.
