Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products Corp. seeks an NDT Level III for titanium manufacturing in Albany, OR. The role ensures NDT processes meet customer requirements and company specs, providing guidance to NDT personnel and evaluating castings for quality.

Responsibilities include administering the NDT qualification program, training staff, and generating QA/NDT inspection reports, while ensuring safety and calibration of equipment across the facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 4 years of NDT experience as a Level 2.
• NAS 410 Level III certification in RT or PT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers and maintains NDT qualification program for Level I–III personnel.
• Oversees qualification records, certifications and proficiency exams.
• Provides/trains personnel in NDT methods and certifications.
• Performs NDT inspections per NAS410 and customer specs (visual, penetrant, x-ray).
• Schedules inspections with QA and production; resolves issues.
• Oversees NDT inspectors; ensures QA and safety procedures are met.
• Generates NDT and QA inspection reports; maintains calibration of equipment.
