Job summary

The Department of Medicine, Section of Cardiology at Baylor College of Medicine seeks a board-certified or board-eligible Cardiologist to join its growing cardiovascular program. This full-time (1.0 FTE) clinical faculty position will provide comprehensive cardiovascular care across Baylor Cardiology Clinic, Baylor St.

Luke’s Medical Center and affiliated practice locations. The successful candidate will participate in non-invasive imaging interpretation, outpatient and inpatient care, and

Qualifications

MD/DO or foreign equivalent required.
Eligible for Texas medical license.
ABIM board certification or board eligibility in Cardiovascular Disease.
Level II/III training in Adult Echocardiography and NBE status or certification (ASCeXAM).
Level II training in Nuclear Cardiology desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive cardiovascular care across Baylor Cardiology Clinic, Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center and affiliated locations.
Interpret echocardiograms and other non-invasive cardiovascular tests; inpatient care and teaching of trainees.
Support program development, quality initiatives, and educational activities.
