Luke's Medical Center and BCM ambulatory practice locations. The successful candidate will interpret advanced imaging studies, deliver direct patient care, mentor trainees, participate in clinical research, and contribute to program growth in

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completion of ACGME Internal Medicine Residency.
• Completion of ACGME Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship.
• Advanced fellowship in Cardiovascular Imaging incl. echocardiography, CT or MRI.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease (ABIM).
• Eligible for unrestricted Texas medical licensure.
• Level III in Echocardiography and advanced imaging.
• Certification standards from NBE/SCCT/SCMR.

Responsibilities

• 90% effort to direct clinical multimodality cardiovascular imaging.
• Interpret and supervise TTE/TEE, stress echo, CT and MRI studies.
• Four clinical imaging days per week across modalities.
• Lead outpatient/inpatient imaging services and clinics.
• Teach fellows, residents, students; participate in research.
