Job summary

University of Kansas is seeking an IT Support Technician Senior (Second Shift Lead) to lead overnight NOC operations at the Lawrence campus. The role provides technical leadership, incident response, monitoring, and after-hours escalation to ensure the availability and security of the university’s technology infrastructure.

You will mentor NOC staff, enforce SOPs, and act as the primary decision-maker during overnight operations while coordinating major issue resolutions and maintaining

Responsibilities

• Maintain shift reports, SOPs, and knowledge base content; monitor performance metrics.
