Job summary

Airtable is seeking a Delivery Consultant in New York to turn a solution vision into live systems. You will design interfaces, automations, data models, and integrations while guiding delivery sessions with operators and builders to close gaps between design and reality.

You will work with AI across all delivery phases, communicate with executives and technical teams, and drive outcomes that align with customer goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a client-facing delivery or implementation role, accountable for system effectiveness.
• Hands-on depth: built complex systems with interfaces, automations, data models, and integrations.
• Communicates across C-level sponsors, technical stakeholders, and business SMEs to earn trust.
• Identifies real constraints, surfaces trade-offs, and guides customers toward workable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Run recurring customer sessions with operators and builders to surface ground-level realities.
• Build interfaces, automations, data models, and integrations translating a solution vision into working systems.
• Close gaps between designed and real by addressing user feedback with actionable solutions.
• Develop reusable build patterns to extend impact beyond individual engagements.
• Achieve Airtable platform proficiency within 90 days across interfaces, automations, data modeling, and integrations.
