Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
- NJ Professional Engineer license required.
- 5+ years’ experience in highway design.
- Proficient with NJDOT, NJTA, AASHTO, MOTCD standards.
- MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with MS Office software.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Perform highway engineering including geometry design and drainage coordination.
- Prepare contract documents: plans, specifications, and estimates.
- Monitor budgets and project schedules.
- Assist in preparing proposals for professional services.
