Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• NJ Professional Engineer license required.
• 10+ years’ experience in highway design.
• Proficient with NJDOT, NJTA, AASHTO, and MUTCD design standards and procedures.
• Microstation and OpenRoads Designer proficiency required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise highway engineering design and related tasks.
• Prepare contract documents including plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of work.
• Prepare scope, budgets, and schedules for assignments.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals to provide professional services.
