Energy Jobline ZR in Schaumburg, IL, seeks a highly skilled Tier 1 maintenance technician for night shift (7pm–7am). The role is the highest level in the maintenance department, requiring hands-on expertise to troubleshoot, repair, program, and improve plant systems with minimal supervision.

You will lead major breakdown investigations, perform RCA, develop PM procedures, mentor technicians, and drive reliability improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• Proven PLC and controls troubleshooting experience.
• Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot complex equipment.

Responsabilités

• Lead major breakdown investigations.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Develop PM procedures.
• Train and mentor lower-tier technicians.
• Lead shutdowns and capital projects.
• Recommend equipment improvements.
