Job summary

FULLBEAUTY Brands is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support building services and distribution equipment. You will install electrical systems, program and troubleshoot PLCs, and perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, cranes, AS/RS, sorters, and printers.

Requires seven years of industrial maintenance experience, ability to read schematics, and strong motor control skills; night shift Sunday to Thursday, with a safety-focused, quality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Read electrical schematics, ladder diagrams, and blueprints.
• Seven years as a technician performing electrical/mechanical repairs in an industrial environment.
• Strong electrical and PLC experience required; strong motor control experience.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical systems and circuits to support Building Services projects.
• Install, program and troubleshoot PLC systems for distribution equipment.
• Troubleshoot and correct distribution equipment program calls.
• Perform scheduled and daily maintenance on conveyors, cranes, AS/RS, sorters, printers, scales, scanners, etc.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for testing, maintenance, and repairs.
• Maintain documentation such as logs and check sheets; communicate major issues to supervisor.
• Assist in training of new mechanics; adhere to OSHA and safety requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
