Job summary

Pretium Packaging - USA in Bethlehem, PA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for the night shift (7pm–7am, 2-2-3). You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on blow molders, conveyors, packers, and automated systems to minimize downtime and sustain product quality.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, analyze root causes, and document work in MaintainX.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial/manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and automation.
• Familiar with reading manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Hands-on with fabrication tools and welding.
• CMMS know-how and maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on blow molders and conveyors.
• Root-cause analysis for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures.
• Utilize meters, PLC interfaces, and shop tools to troubleshoot and repair.
• Lead shift handoffs and complete end-of-shift reports.
• Support installs, upgrades, retrofits, and continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain logs and equipment records in CMMS MaintainX.
