Job summary

Altium Packaging in Breinigsville, PA is seeking a Machine Technician II to operate blow-mold, grinders, trimmer machines and conveyors on a 12hr-A shift. The role includes troubleshooting, performing minor maintenance, and ensuring GMP compliance for the production line.

You will train entry-level operators, run two lines, and support preventive maintenance activities. Reasonable overtime may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' equivalent machine operator experience.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Altium Machine Technician Level II training.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold, grinders, trimmer machines and conveyors.
• Troubleshoot process problems and perform minor maintenance.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Run two production lines consistently.
• Train entry-level Machine Operators and shadow senior operators.
• Assist with mechanical changes and preventive maintenance.
