Pretium Packaging - USA in Bethlehem, PA is seeking an experienced blow molding technician for the day shift to install, calibrate and maintain molds, tooling and extrusion/injection blow molding equipment. You’ll diagnose defects, tune machine settings, and verify part quality with precision measuring tools.

Candidates should have 3–5+ years in manufacturing with direct blow molding experience, be hands-on, safety‑conscious and able to lift molds and work OT as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in manufacturing with direct blow molding experience.
• Mechanical troubleshooting and use of hand tools.
• Able to read manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Familiarity with CMMS (MaintainX a plus).

Responsabilités

• Own mold setup, maintenance, and changeovers.
• Configure blow molding parameters and parison programming.
• Diagnose defects and tune machine settings.
• Document production data and downtime in CMMS.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Quality teams.
