Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of management experience in grocery/retail or related field.
• Knowledge of Profit and Loss statements preferred.
• Comfort with lifting up to 50 pounds and physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select and train Team Members.
• Direct the work of Team Members.
• Manage budget and inventory for the department.
• Ensure safety and security of Team Members and the store.
• Coach for development to reduce turnover and improve performance.
• Maintain effective communication with merchandising and guests.
