You will grow your book across personal and commercial lines, develop relationships with clients and centers of influence, and partner with underwriters to produce competitive proposals.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Proven production history with an established or transportable book of business (typically 5+ years).
• Track record of consistent new business production with verifiable results.
• Working knowledge of coverage forms, exposures, and marketing strategy across primary lines.

Responsibilities

• Bring and grow an established book of business to lay the foundation for what's next.
• Prospect and close new business consistently to expand your book.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and centers of influence for repeat growth.
• Collaborate with account managers and underwriters on marketing and quoting.
• Leverage carrier relationships and platform support to win business.
• Mentor newer producers on prospecting and closing.
