Job summary

CrowdStrike seeks an experienced Engineer III for the NG-SIEM Global Serverless Platform team in the United States. You will build and operate the global automation that manages the industry’s largest event data store and search system.

You will join a distributed team focused on high availability, scalability, and zero‑touch self‑service data plane. The role emphasizes leadership, design, development, and production readiness with strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or US Permanent Resident.
• Experience in software development and balancing short‑term delivery with long‑term goals.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and cross‑team collaboration.
• Fluency in functional and object‑oriented programming; ability to pick up new languages.
• Experience applying AI technologies to improve decision making and workflows.
• Bonus for Golang, cloud platforms, Kafka, and large‑scale distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop the NG SIEM control plane in Golang and extend capabilities to scale with platform growth.
• Own design, implementation, and delivery of platform features end‑to‑end.
• Collaborate across teams on platform initiatives and feature delivery.
• Write automated tests and contribute to production monitoring and stability.
• Provide technical guidance and evaluate new technologies for the team.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability of services.
