The Senior New Patient Service Navigator (Sr. NPSN) is an advanced-level role responsible for handling complex registration and scheduling scenarios, supporting financial clearance processes, and serving as a resource for frontline staff. This role ensures high-quality patient access while driving efficiency and accuracy.
High School Diploma/GED
3+ years patient access, scheduling, or call center experience
Experience in insurance verification and/or financial processes
May require evening/weekend coverage
Advanced knowledge of registration and scheduling workflows, insurance verification, and financial clearance processes.

$18.64 - $28.53 Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role.
