As part of these processes, you are responsible for gathering accurate information, explaining forms and policies, and answering questions from our patients. Focus on scheduling and communicating with patients for future appointments from request lists. Must be comfortable with medical terminology and thrive in an environment with many competing priorities and demands. This position provides administrative support responsibilities associated with one or more outpatient clinics. Strong attention to detail while being able to multi-task and maintain patience and composure (with customer service etiquette) in stressful situations.5. Possess strong critical thinking abilities such as problem solving, root cause analysis, and provide timely solutions.Salary Range$16.91 - $24.64Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role.
