Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Senior Area Business Manager to drive the launch, sales, and ongoing management of a neuroscience portfolio within designated territories. You will educate providers on treatments for underserved neurological and rare diseases while pursuing sales goals and building strong relationships.

The role requires up to 80% travel, travel-ready flexibility, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards. Base location can be Omaha, NE, or Des Moines, IL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with preference for life sciences.
• Minimum of 8 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including 5 in specialty/rare diseases.
• Expertise in neuroscience, CNS, or pediatric neurology preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and reside within the territory.
• Based in Omaha, NE or Des Moines, IL.

Responsibilities

• Launch, sell, and manage the assigned neuroscience product portfolio within territories.
• Execute strategic territory plans and meet sales goals.
• Foster relationships with healthcare providers and key opinion leaders.
