Job summary

Allegheny Health Network seeks a Neuroscience Senior Project Manager to lead complex clinical and operational programs. You will collaborate with executives, clinicians, and managers to define strategy, plan initiatives, and deliver results for the AHN Neuroscience departments (Neurology, Neurosurgery, Pain Medicine).

The role emphasizes relationship-building, agility, senior-level problem solving, and effective meeting leadership in a fast-paced health system. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience as determined by the company.
• 4 years of prior experience in a project manager role.
• PMI certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define program strategy and roadmap with cross-functional leaders.
• Organize, plan, and maintain a cross-functional program roadmap.
• Assemble project teams and lead the project staff.
• Deliver status updates to Executive Leadership throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, and alignment with goals.
• Develop positive customer relationships and communicate requirements.
• Prepare briefings or reports and conduct data analyses for leadership.
