Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7-10 years professional experience in a related field.
• Advanced degree (e.g., MS, MBA, MPH) preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years formal project management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory/personnel management experience.
• PMP or equivalent certification or alternative experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and align Neuroscience Program operations with program goals and timelines.
• Lead and mentor project managers and project coordinators to improve processes.
• Develop budgets and financial forecasts for the Neuroscience Program.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders as needed.
• Drive strategic plans and cross-functional collaboration within the program.
• Coordinate bi-monthly Neuroscience Program meetings and related activities.
