Job summary

Allegheny Health Network seeks a Neuroscience Senior Project Manager to lead clinical and operational projects across AHN Neuroscience (Neurology, Neurosurgery, Pain Medicine). You will coordinate with executive leadership and staff to define scope, drive priorities, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced health system environment.

The role emphasizes strong meeting leadership, data analyses, and staff coordination for monthly operating reviews and staffing meetings, with occasional travel to AHN

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree
4 years of prior experience in a project manager role
PMI certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

Under the direction of Executive Leadership, works with business and technical organizations within the health system to determine program strategy and approach.
Organizes, plans, and maintains program roadmap consisting of cross-functional activities/projects.
Leads project team in the development and maintenance of comprehensive plans for a defined program.
Monitors, evaluates, and reports on program status inclusive of scope, schedule, budget, and alignment with program and strategic goals.
Delivers presentations of project status to Executive Leadership to effectively communicate throughout the project lifecycle.
