Job summary

Critical Path Institute (C-Path) in Tucson, AZ seeks an Associate Director to lead the NeuroScience Program across preclinical to translational efforts and clinical evaluation. You will manage operations, budgets, policies, and liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The role requires senior PM leadership, strategic planning, and a strong focus on finance, legal, grant management, and personnel development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 7-10 years professional PM experience.
• Minimum of 7-10 years formal project management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory/personnel management experience.
• Project Manager Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification or alternative experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor NeuroScience Program Project Coordinators and Project Managers.
• Oversee operational management to align with NeuroScience and C-Path objectives.
• Coordinate monthly NeuroScience program meetings with Finance and PMO teams.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the program.
• Develop and track program plans, milestones, budgets, and timelines.
• Represent the program with regulatory authorities, government agencies, and partners.
